Steven Furnell is a Professor of cyber security at the University of Nottingham. He is also an Honorary Professor with Nelson Mandela University in South Africa and an Adjunct Professor with Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. His research interests include usability of security and privacy, security management and culture, and technologies for user authentication and intrusion detection. He has authored over 340 papers in refereed international journals and conference proceedings, as well as books including Cybercrime: Vandalizing the Information Society and Computer Insecurity: Risking the System. Prof. Furnell is the Chair of Technical Committee 11 (security and privacy) within the International Federation for Information Processing, and a board member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.

Professor Titus Kehinde Olaniyi is the Academic Lead, Engineering, Environment and Sustainability and a Professor of Sustainable Energy Planning and Management at the Glasgow Caledonian University London, UK. He was the Deputy Provost, College of Engineering at Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Nigeria. He is a Decision Scientist, COREN Registered Engineer, and Fellow of The Higher Education Academy; a Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Chartered Information Technology Professional of British Computer Society (UK). His PhD is from London South Bank University, UK entitled ‘Decision Support Systems for Sustainable Energy Planning in a Developing Economy’. His MSc is in Energy Engineering; BSc in Aeronautical Engineering; a Pilot Licence and a Level 2 Certificate in Risk Assessment Principles and Practice from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (UK). He has taught widely across domains; energy, aerospace, information systems, strategic management and quality/reliability engineering etc in many UK universities and abroad. He was the External Examiner (Subjects/Awards) BEng (Hons/HND/HNC) Aerospace Engineering and BSc (Hons) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at the University of Glamorgan, UK. He championed the Sustainable Aerospace Development Specialist Group of the Association of Aerospace Universities (UK). He is a member of the Aerospace & Defence Sector Strategy Group (UK) and formerly a Scholar at the Air Force Institute of Technology Kaduna, Nigeria, and a Special Resource Person at the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, Nigeria. He adopts System Thinking/System Dynamics as sustainable decision support paradigm for planning and policy formulation. His teaching, research and consultancy services include energy, aerospace, information, communication technology and systems.

Dr Aspen Olmsted is the online program director of Computer Science at Simmons University. He obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of South Carolina. Prior to his academic career, he was the CEO of Alliance Software Corporation. Alliance Software designed and developed N-Tier enterprise applications for the performing arts and humanities market. Dr Olmsted’s research focus is on the development of algorithms and architectures for distributed enterprise solutions that can guarantee security and correctness while maintaining high-availability.
